Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late Arrival, and Refund Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because sessions require preparation, scheduling, and dedicated time, cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 100% of the session fee.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the session fee.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. The full session fee will still apply.

Packages, prepaid sessions, workshops, ceremonies, special events, and promotional offers may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Alexa’s Healing Studio and Apothecary reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control. If the studio cancels, clients may receive a rescheduled appointment or refund as appropriate.
